The Mirage has Resort Rooms with one king size bed or two queen size beds. Upgraded Resort Tower King rooms feature private elevator access to the 24th and 25th floors, large bathrooms with dual sink vanities, soaking tubs, and walk-in showers. King Strip View Rooms have one king size bed and views of the Strip. The Two Queen Strip View Room has two queen size beds and views of the Strip. Suites range from the Mirage Suite, ideal for honeymoons, to One Bedroom Tower Suites and Penthouse Suites. Two Bedroom Tower Suites offer views, while Two Bedroom Penthouse Suites, located on the top floors, have elevator access and views. Some rooms include Stay Well features like air purification, aromatherapy, enhanced cleaning, dawn simulation, energizing lights, mattress encasements, infused showers, and water purification. All rooms have Mirage Serta Perfect Sleeper pillow top mattresses, feather down pillows and comforters, and a 42-inch LCD TV. Each room features ironing facilities, a hairdryer and a private in-room safe.

The Spa & Salon provides treatments, steam rooms, saunas, and whirlpools. The fitness facility includes cardio and strength equipment. The Volcano is a show. MGM Resorts and Uber provide designated pick-up and drop-off locations at The Mirage's North Valet Entrance.
