The hotel sits a short 10-15 minute drive from Calgary International Airport, and the complimentary shuttle runs from 4:30 a.m. to midnight (on-demand from the airport, 45-minute schedule from the hotel). The Aero Space Museum is a 16-minute walk away, and downtown Calgary (including Calgary Tower) is about 11 km south. Public buses connect to the city centre, but the immediate area is car-oriented with few walkable services. On-site parking is available for $5/night, and the location is practical for flight connections, park-and-fly trips, and accessing the Billy Graham Centre across the street.

Rooms include air conditioning, a private bathroom with bath and shower, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a coffee machine, work desk, and a safe. Suites add a separate living area and a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. Rooms in the newer Signature wing are more reliably climate-controlled and quieter. Many older rooms have loud window-unit air conditioners, and road- or hallway-facing rooms may experience noise. Some units have a sofa bed, and the property does not offer balconies. For better sleep quality, choose a room in the newer section and request a top-floor room if possible.

Moxies is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner with American and Asian dishes. Chop Steakhouse & Bar is open for lunch and dinner (11:00-22:00 weekdays, until 01:00 Friday-Saturday). Neither restaurant provides a free breakfast, but Moxies offers a paid breakfast menu. Room service and in-room breakfast are available. Guests also have access to a bar, a vending machine for drinks and snacks, and complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby.

The indoor swimming pool is open year-round with pool/beach towels provided. A hot tub is available, though occasional maintenance may close it. The fitness centre is free and open to all guests. While the pool and hot tub are popular, they can be small and some report strong chlorine odours. There is no spa or wellness centre on site.
