The hotel sits within a 5-minute walk of Orchard Park Mall, Banks Centre, and bus stops connecting to downtown (about 20 minutes by bus). Okanagan Lake is a 9-minute drive away. Kelowna Golf & Country Club is 2 km from the property. The area offers numerous dining options within a few blocks: McDonald's, Moxie's, A&W, Edo Japan, KFC, and Lakeshore Bakery & Cafe are all within 0.5 km. Free on-site parking means a car is practical, though the hotel is also well-positioned for access to major routes and the airport.

The Tower building (11 floors) offers King rooms and suites with patios/balconies, air conditioning, and city or mountain views-rooms tend to be quieter. The Atrium building (3 floors) has Standard Queen rooms and rooms overlooking the indoor pool area, which can be noisier. All rooms include a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, coffee maker, work desk, ironing facilities, and free Wi-Fi. Kitchenette-equipped rooms (stovetop, fridge, microwave, dishwasher) are available-suites in the Tower have a separate sitting area. Balcony rooms are limited: request at booking. Some older rooms show wear (dated furniture, scuffed walls, stained carpets). Rooms without balconies may feel dark and have limited privacy. For better comfort and sleep quality, a Tower room is recommended.

Denny's serves American-style meals (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner) around the clock and provides room service. The attached Bar None offers drinks and pub fare. There is no complimentary breakfast, but a Bed & Breakfast package is available. A 10 CAD per adult (up to two) nightly food and beverage credit is offered with that package. The pool area can feel humid and noisy; it is adjacent to the Atrium building rooms. The hot water supply in the Tower has experienced intermittent issues-check with reception during your stay.
