The Canada Line station (Olympic Village) is two blocks east, providing direct rail access downtown (7 minutes) and to the airport. The property is surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, a pharmacy, and a grocery store within 0.3-0.5 km. Granville Island is an easy 15-minute walk along the waterfront. Taxis are plentiful outside the hotel. The bus stop directly in front of the building adds further flexibility. The arterial road does carry traffic noise, though some rooms are quieter than others.

All rooms are air-conditioned and carpeted, featuring a tea and coffee maker, electric kettle, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. Private bathrooms include a bath and hairdryer. A work desk, sofa, and seating area are standard. Corner rooms and those on the 15th floor and above often include a balcony and a refrigerator. Bed configurations include king, queen, double, and triple options; bedding preference should be noted at booking (not guaranteed). While many rooms are described as clean and well-maintained, some feedback indicates that carpets look dated and could benefit from deeper cleaning. Rooms near the lift may experience more hallway noise, but elevator soundproofing is noted as effective. City views are available from most rooms.
