The property is surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, a pharmacy, and a grocery store within 0.3-0.5 km. Granville Island is an easy 15-minute walk along the waterfront. Taxis are plentiful outside the hotel. The bus stop directly in front of the building adds further flexibility. The arterial road does carry traffic noise, though some rooms are quieter than others.

All rooms are air-conditioned and carpeted, featuring a tea and coffee maker, electric kettle, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. Private bathrooms include a bath and hairdryer. A work desk, sofa, and seating area are standard. Corner rooms and those on the 15th floor and above often include a balcony and a refrigerator.
