Double rooms come with either a double bed or two single beds for two adults, and some feature a private balcony. All rooms include a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, a tea and coffee maker, a mini fridge, and free toiletries. Some rooms face the street and may experience noise, while courtyard or higher-floor rooms tend to be quieter. The property is on the second floor and can be reached via stairs or a small, slow lift.

An excellent café (Mo' Si Caffetteria Alla Vecchia Maniera) and many other dining options - including Osteria I Brincello, 1950 American Diner, and Birreria Nazionale - are within a 3-minute walk. The San Lorenzo Market, a major food destination, is immediately adjacent, with a variety of food stalls and sit-down options open daily. Guests can prepare simple drinks and snacks in their room using the electric kettle and mini fridge.
