The location is ideal for exploring on foot: all major attractions, the Duomo, and the historic centre are within a 10- to 20-minute walk. For airport access, the tram stop at the station connects directly. The area is lively, with many restaurants, cafés, and shops immediately surrounding the building.

Rooms are clean and spacious, fitted with air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. Private bathrooms include a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Double rooms have one bed, triple rooms have two beds, and it is possible to request adjacent rooms for families. There are no balconies. The rooms are set within a larger shared apartment, with access to a shared kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, and kettle.
