Campo de' Fiori is 2 km away and Rome Ciampino Airport is 18 km from the property. A Carrefour supermarket is located 300 m from the door, along with several restaurants, cafés, and ice-cream parlours. The area feels safe and is well served by bus stops for exploring the rest of the city. For those arriving by train, Roma Termini is about 3 km away and easily reached by public transport. The neighbourhood is quiet enough for a good night's sleep while being central enough to walk to most major landmarks.

The apartment sleeps two adults comfortably with a double bed in the bedroom and an additional bed in the living room. The large living area includes a seating area with a flat-screen TV, tiled floors, and patio access. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and all necessary utensils - ideal for cooking meals. The private bathroom features a hairdryer, and the whole apartment is air-conditioned and non-smoking. The property feels quiet and well-maintained, with modern furniture and fittings in excellent condition. The hot tub adds a relaxing touch, and the overall atmosphere is clean and spacious. The apartment does not have a washing machine, which could be a drawback for longer stays.

The main leisure facility in the apartment is the private hot tub or Jacuzzi, available for free use. This provides a relaxing option after a day of sightseeing. No other wellness amenities such as a gym, pool, or spa are present on the property, so the hot tub is the primary indoor leisure feature. For outdoor relaxation, the apartment has a small patio area. The peaceful residential setting also supports leisurely walks to nearby landmarks.
