The neighbourhood is known for its lively and vibrant atmosphere, although street noise can be pronounced, especially on weekend nights.

Studio and apartment units have a separate living area with a sofa bed and dining table, while twin/double rooms include a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet. Triple and quadruple rooms are spacious and have two separate beds or a sofa bed plus a double bed. All rooms have tiled floors, a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. Air conditioning is functional and can be controlled per room. Some rooms have private entrances. There are no rooms with a balcony, and street-facing rooms may experience noise from the vibrant street life.
