SCHLOSSQUADRAT APARTMENT 12, Vienna

The apartment is situated in a top-rated area, 2 km from Vienna State Opera and Vienna Main Railway Station, with Karlskirche reachable in a 17-minute walk and Albertina Museum 2 km away. The immediate surroundings are quiet due to a courtyard position, yet numerous restaurants, cafes, and a Billa supermarket are within a 3-minute walk. Vienna International Airport is 19 km from the property, and the metro station is a few minutes away, with a direct connection to the City Airport Train (CAT). The centre is easily walkable or accessible by bus, making car use unnecessary.

The apartment features one separate bedroom, a private bathroom with a hairdryer, and a living area with a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all essentials for cooking and storing food, plus a washing machine and iron. The property is cleaned and well-organised, with a comfortable bed, warm blankets, and a ceiling fan (no air conditioning). It is a quiet, ground-floor unit set back from the road, which ensures a restful stay. The layout works well for a couple or a solo traveller, offering plenty of space and a practical feel.

The property's restaurant, Silberwirt, is open daily from 12:00 to 23:00 and offers Austrian cuisine with extensive dietary options including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free meals. A snack bar and coffee shop are also available on site. For self-catering, the apartment's kitchen is fully equipped, and a Billa supermarket is a 3-minute walk away. Several cafes and casual restaurants (including Cafe Cuadro, Budapest Bistro, and Trattoria Margareta) are within a 0.5 km radius.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the apartment. Luggage storage is provided at the adjoining Cafe Cuadro, where keys are collected and stored securely with a waiter. The property offers an invoice upon request. Parking is not available, but the central location and public transport make a car unnecessary. The apartment is non-smoking, and no pets are allowed. The arrival process is straightforward, with key handover at the cafe and the possibility of early check-in if the apartment is ready.
