FOCKY CITY APARTMENTS, Vienna

The apartments sit on a quiet street in a residential neighbourhood, well connected by public transport. Bus 59A, a 2-3 minute walk away, takes 10-15 minutes to the city centre. Tram lines 6 and 18 are also within walking distance for access to Wien Meidling station. A large supermarket is one street over, and several casual restaurants and cafés are within 0.5 km. The location suits travellers who value a peaceful setting and good transport links over a central address. Schönbrunn Palace is 3 km away and easily reachable by tram or bus.

Each apartment includes a well-fitted kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware, plus a tea and coffee maker. Living areas have dining tables, work desks, and flat-screen TVs with streaming services. The apartments are generally spacious, with high ceilings and modern furnishings. Some units have a private terrace or washing machine; one layout requires walking through a bathroom to reach a bedroom, which may affect privacy. Soundproof walls and double-glazed windows help maintain quiet, but some maintenance issues have been noted in individual units - such as creaky beds, slow-draining bathtubs, and worn fixtures. The property is older and better suited to travellers prioritising space, location, and practical amenities over boutique finish.

WiFi is free throughout the property. A lift is available, though a few steps remain at the entrance. Luggage storage is useful for early arrivals or late departures. Board games are provided for families. Grocery deliveries can be arranged for a surcharge. Some operational notes: the lift does not eliminate all steps to access some apartments, and towels are not replaced daily unless a fee is paid. Parking is not available on site; the nearest paid garage (€8/day) is a 4-minute walk, and street parking is limited to short-term zones. The host is reachable by phone and text, though response times can vary.
