SCI IMMO PARIS PORTE DE CHOISY, Paris

The apartment is situated in the heart of Chinatown, just off Avenue de Choisy, placing it within 5 km of Notre Dame Cathedral, Sainte-Chapelle, Paris-Gare-de-Lyon, Opéra Bastille, Luxembourg Gardens and the Louvre Museum. Metro stations Porte d'Ivry and Olympiades are an 8-minute walk away, offering direct lines to central Paris and Gare de Lyon. Supermarkets are literally at the doorstep, and numerous Asian restaurants, bakeries and cafés are within 0.3-0.5 km. Paris Orly Airport is 11 km away, reachable by taxi or metro. The area is lively and practical, but those arriving by car should note that no on-site parking exists.

This modern, recently renovated apartment offers 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living area with a sofa bed, and 1 bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kitchenware, electric kettle, and a dining table. The apartment features soundproof walls, parquet flooring, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a washing machine. The standout feature is the private hot tub, which overlooks a pleasant garden view. The unit is described as spacious, clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed. Light sleepers will appreciate the soundproofing, and the overall standard suits both short and longer self-catering stays.

The apartment does not have an on-site restaurant or breakfast service, but its location in Chinatown compensates richly. A large supermarket is right at the doorstep, and at least eight Asian restaurants, bakeries and tea houses (including Tricotin, Yinki, Plaisir Huit, Hao Hao, Imperial Choisy, Lao Douang Dy) are within 0.3-0.5 km. The fully equipped kitchen enables full self-catering, from simple breakfasts to complete meals. The dining table seats several people, making the apartment practical for groups or families who prefer cooking over eating out every night.

The apartment's clear wellness highlight is the private hot tub, positioned to offer garden views - a rare feature for a city apartment. Beyond the apartment, the area offers an ice-skating rink and boating activities within easy reach. These leisure options are best suited to travellers arriving by metro or who are willing to walk short distances. No on-site gym, pool or spa is present, but the hot tub alone provides good relaxation after a day of sightseeing.
