Units vary from studios with a double bed and living area up to two-bedroom apartments with a separate living room, sofa bed, and dining table. All have a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries, plus a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. The Duplex apartment has a private terrace with views of the Giralda tower; other apartments share access to the communal courtyard and sun terrace. Rooms are cleaned daily. Light levels vary significantly: ground-floor units (especially Apartment 1 and Apartment 3) receive very little natural light, with only a single small window or none in the bedroom, and can feel dark and damp. Rooms on higher floors are brighter. Soundproofing between rooms is limited, so road-facing units or those near the common areas may experience noise from adjacent apartments and the stairwell. Some sofa beds are old and squeaky, making them unsuitable for comfortable sleeping.
