The apartment is on a quiet street yet surrounded by amenities: convenience stores (7-Eleven, Lawson), drugstores, and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk. Shinjuku Golden Street with its drinking bars is a few minutes away, and Shinjuku Station is about 15 minutes on foot. A police station on the ground floor adds a sense of safety. A bus stop is right in front, and Haneda Airport is 22 km away - a paid airport shuttle can be arranged.

The apartment is air-conditioned and heated, with a flat-screen TV and a washing machine (coin laundry downstairs). The kitchenette includes a microwave and basic supplies for cooking. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is consistently clean. A balcony and an elevator add convenience, especially with luggage. Note: the unit has no in-unit washer; coin-operated machines are on the ground floor. The private bathroom features a good shower with strong hot water.
