The apartment sits right at Higashi-Shinjuku Station (Toei Oedo and Fukutoshin lines), making it easy to reach Shibuya in 15 minutes by train or Shinjuku Station on foot. Kabukicho entertainment district is a 5-minute walk away, and the Shibuya Crossing area requires a short train ride. Okubo Baptist Church is a 3-minute walk, Inari Kio Shrine 200 metres away, and Korea Museum and Meotogi Shrine both within a 7-minute walk. Many convenience stores (7-Eleven), casual restaurants, and cafes are immediately nearby, and the area feels safe even late at night. For airport connections: Haneda Airport is 22 km away (train to Higashi-Shinjuku), and Narita is accessible via Limousine bus or a one-transfer train journey.

Each studio is self-contained with a private bathroom (bath and shower), air conditioning, heating, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle; a rice cooker is available in every apartment. Rooms feature tatami mats with comfortable futon beds (configurations of 2 or 3 futons), and some include a private terrace (e.g., room 301). The apartments feel spacious by Tokyo standards and are described as clean and tidy. All units have a washing machine/dryer, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. The building has no lift but ground-floor rooms (101, 102, 103) are available. Rooms are quiet and suitable for rest.

The apartment does not provide a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, rice cooker) for self-catering. The immediate area is packed with dining options: Coco Ichibanya, Ganko Shinjuku Yamano Aikotei, and Koei Honten are all 0.5 km away; Tully's Coffee, Pepper Lunch, and McDonald's are 0.5 km; and Ichiran Shinjuku is 1 km. Multiple 7-Eleven convenience stores are right next door for snacks and supplies.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the building. Self-check-in is available from 4:00 pm using a tablet in the foyer for a video call; an access code is provided after verification.
