The cottages are situated off Route 50, offering easy access to both Assateague Island National Seashore and the Ocean City boardwalk without the noise of the main strip. Baja Amusements is 2 km away, and several restaurants like Smoker's BBQ Pit and Surfing Roosters are within 0.5 km on foot. A grocery store is just 1 minute by car. The beach itself requires a 5 km drive via the Route 50 bridge; walking is not practical. Free parking is available on-site, and the gated community provides a safe environment for walking pets or letting children walk to the pool.

Each cottage features a living room with a sofa bed, a master bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with twin-over-full bunk beds. A kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and tea/coffee maker is included, along with a dining area and a flat-screen smart TV in each room. The screened-in porch and private patio with fire pit are standout features for relaxing outdoors. Linens and towels are provided at check-in. Bathrooms are private with a walk-in shower. Heating and air conditioning are available year-round. Note that the cottages are compact-space for 4-5 people is manageable, but the bedrooms have limited room for storing luggage.

The property does not have an on-site restaurant or snack bar, but the full kitchenette allows for cooking simple meals. Dishware, pots, and utensils are provided. Several dining options are within a 0.5 km walk, including Assateague Diner & Bar, Smoker's BBQ Pit, and Surfing Roosters. An ice cream stand is located next door. For groceries, a supermarket is a 1-minute drive away. The screened-in porch with a table makes a pleasant spot for eating in.

The seasonal outdoor swimming pool operates daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers sun loungers and umbrellas at no extra charge. The pool area is clean and accessible, with wheelchair access available. A laundry facility with one washer and dryer is on-site. Each cottage includes an outdoor fireplace and seating area, and the property's quiet, gated environment is suitable for children to walk around. Bicycle parking is available. The nearby beach, Assateague Island, and local attractions provide additional leisure options.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Parking is free and on-site, though it fits only one standard vehicle per cottage (no trailers). Pets are welcome (max two, $100 flat fee, vaccine records required). The property is wheelchair accessible and non-smoking throughout. A laundry service is available at an additional charge. Check-in is contactless with a door code provided on the morning of arrival. Staff is not always physically on site; the main contact is via phone, with potential delays in response.
