Nearby dining includes Mother's Cantina, Omega Eats, Buxy's Salty Dog Saloon, Happy Jack Pancake House, and Fractured Prune, all within a 0.5 km walk. The tram stop is convenient for car-free travel along the boardwalk. However, the building does not have direct beachfront access and requires a short walk around a fence to reach the dune crossing.

Each double room includes air conditioning, a seating area, a balcony with pool views, a private bathroom with a bath, and free toiletries. Rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The building has three floors with no elevator, so rooms on upper floors require stair access. Some rooms have structural water damage, uneven floors, or dampness, and noise from upper floors and door slamming is possible. Road-facing rooms are quieter than those above the lobby. The property is older and basic, with décor that may feel dated.

Dunes Court does not have an on-site restaurant or breakfast service. Free coffee is available 24 hours a day in the lobby.
