A bus stop is also nearby, making car-free exploration easy. The central location means most attractions, dining, and entertainment are reachable on foot, though the Boardwalk itself is a 45-minute walk for those who prefer a longer stroll.

Rooms are generally large, providing enough floor space for luggage and coolers even with four occupants. Each room includes two beds, a private bathroom with bath and shower, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, heating, a wardrobe, and carpeted flooring. Balconies are shared and also serve as walkways between rooms, so road-facing units can be noisier. Some rooms overlook the parking lot or pool. The property shows signs of age - carpet and furnishings are dated, and a musty odor has been noted in some units.
