The nearest tram stop is a 4-minute walk, providing direct access across the city. Lidl supermarket is directly across the road, and multiple restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk. The area is safe and well-connected, with the city centre reachable in about 20-25 minutes on foot or by tram.

Each apartment features a private entrance, soundproof walls, tiled floors, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Units are well-furnished and clean, with a desk, dining area, and comfortable beds. Some apartments have a gallery bed accessible via a narrow staircase and a compact shower cubicle with a plastic curtain, which may not suit everyone. Full kitchen amenities include a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher or microwave, and cookware. Free toiletries, a hairdryer, and ironing facilities are provided. The apartments are warm in winter and air-conditioned in summer.

Self-catering is straightforward thanks to the well-fitted kitchenette and the close proximity of Lidl supermarket and other shops.
