VILA LANNA, Prague

Located in the leafy Bubeneč district, the villa is just 1 km from Prague Castle and 2 km from Charles Bridge. The Hradčanská metro and tram stop (7 minutes on foot) connects to the historic centre in two stops or a 20-minute walk. Vaclav Havel Airport is 10 km away (roughly €15 by Uber). The area is very safe, with several embassies, a police station, parks, and a few local restaurants within a short walk. On-street parking is free on weekends in blue zones.

The villa offers rooms with classic furnishings, seating areas, flat-screen TVs, and electric kettles. Some rooms have private bathrooms; others share a well-maintained bathroom accessed from the corridor. Single and twin rooms are in an annexe building. Rooms in the main building are larger and more atmospheric; annexe rooms are simpler but functional. A suite with a shared bathroom, bathrobes, and parquet floors is also available. Rooms have heating but no air conditioning. Some rooms look onto the garden; none have balconies. Rooms are not tidied daily unless requested.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00 and includes a buffet with breads, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, fruit, and hot drinks. The setting - the villa's ornate main hall or the garden terrace - is a highlight. Wine and champagne are available for an additional charge. There is no restaurant on site, but several dining options (Na Slamniku, Salsa Cafe, Pivovar Bubenec) are within a 5-10 minute walk. A breakfast package can be arranged at reception for early departures.

Outdoor spaces include a large garden with outdoor furniture, a sun terrace, and a picnic area. Hiking opportunities are available in the nearby parks and wooded areas. There is no spa, swimming pool, or gym on site.

The 24-hour front desk offers concierge, tour desk, and luggage storage at no charge. Private on-site parking requires advance reservation and costs €12 per day. Additional services include laundry, dry cleaning, and meeting/banquet facilities for a fee. Wi-Fi is free throughout. Pets are not allowed. The property has wheelchair-accessible features including a lowered sink, raised toilet, grab rails, and wheelchair-accessible rooms. Cots are available on request. The main entrance is locked at night, but guests can use the same key for all doors.
