SINA RENT ROOM, Rome

Located 13 km from Rome Ciampino Airport, the property is extremely well connected by metro (A Line) and bus. Termini Station is a 10-minute walk, providing direct rail and bus links across the city and to the airports. The immediate surroundings are functional but feel neglected, with trash and poorly maintained buildings; caution alone at night is advised. Nearby you'll find numerous restaurants and a supermarket (Tigre) within a short walk. The metro connects to all major historical sights, and the area is walkable to the Colosseum and Roman Forum (about 25 minutes on foot).

Rooms are simple and functional: each includes air conditioning, a private entrance, a wardrobe, and a work desk. Rooms on upper floors are accessible by lift. Room types include single, double, twin, and triple (with 3 beds). All rooms share one of the three bathrooms (each with a shower and hot water). The property has 7 rooms, so bathroom availability is generally adequate. The rooms are clean but basic; some bedding and mattresses show wear. The building is not soundproofed, and noise from other rooms and the street can be audible. Rooms facing the inner yard are quieter.

The property offers a public bath, which is a shared facility. The standout leisure feature is the terrace, an outdoor space with seating where guests can relax, enjoy drinks, or eat in a quiet environment. The kitchen also serves as a social hub, though it is used by staff occasionally for sleeping. No pool, gym, or spa facilities are present. The terrace is a pleasant spot after a day of sightseeing.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Daily housekeeping keeps the common areas and rooms tidy. The property provides private check-in and check-out services, and luggage storage is available before check-in and after checkout. A lift serves the upper floors. Lockers are provided for personal items. The staff are multilingual (English and Italian) and reachable by phone or messaging. The city tax (5 EUR per person per night) must be paid in cash upon arrival. Additional late check-in fees (20-30 EUR) apply based on the arrival time.
