The property is 100 metres from the beach and 850 metres from ADO International Bus Station, making it easy to arrive from Cancún (55 km, roughly one hour by car) or Cozumel International Airport (21 km). Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal and Kool Beach Club are also nearby. While the area offers immediate access to nightlife, beach clubs (Mamita's is 8 blocks away), and countless restaurants, it can be noisy day and night due to nearby clubs and ongoing construction. For quieter moments, the rooftop provides a retreat with ocean views. The hotel does not offer its own transport, but taxis and shuttles are readily available.

Rooms vary from compact studios to spacious two-bedroom suites. All units include air conditioning, a wardrobe, a private bathroom with shower, bed linen and towels, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Many rooms feature a full kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and kitchenware, and some include a tea/coffee maker and dining area. A private balcony or terrace is available in certain suites but not in all unit types. The property also offers a shared lounge.
