SLEEP INN SOUTH BEND AIRPORT, South Bend

The property sits within a low-maintenance zone near the airport. The parking lot is poorly lit and the surrounding grounds are overgrown. Public transport options are limited; the area is unsafe for walking alone, especially at night. Wheelchair access is available. Travelers arriving by car can use the outdoor parking lot included.

Each room has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, in-room safe, hairdryer, iron, and cable TV. The property is non-smoking, though some rooms retain smoke odor. However, many rooms have stained carpets, dirty linens, broken fixtures, and musty smells. Sofa beds are often stained, bath towels are limited and worn, and some rooms have non-functional air conditioning or locks. Thin walls can disturb light sleepers. The elevator is broken, so ground-floor room requests are recommended.

Free Wi-Fi and outdoor parking are included. The 24-hour reception is staffed, but language barriers may exist. The lift is non-functional; only ground-floor rooms are accessible. The advertised business centre and wheelchair access are present but the lift issue limits accessibility. Pets are allowed, likely with an extra fee. Vending machines and laundry facilities are out of service. The airport shuttle, though advertised, does not operate. Housekeeping is limited. Travelers seeking reliable services should be aware of these constraints.
