Sevilla Cathedral and La Giralda are only 800 metres away, reachable in about 8 minutes on foot. The Royal Alcázar is a 13-minute walk, and Triana Bridge about 12 minutes. Plaza de España is 3 km from the apartment, best reached via a pleasant walk or a short taxi. Seville Airport is 12 km away; an airport pickup can be arranged through the property. The immediate area is lively, with bars and restaurants lining the square outside. Santa María La Blanca Church is less than 1 km away. Despite the central location, the apartment building is notably quiet both day and night.

The property offers a range of self-contained apartments from one-bedroom units (sleeping 3) to two-bedroom units (sleeping 5 or 6 with a sofa bed). Each apartment includes a private bathroom - larger units have two bathrooms.
