GUESTREADY - CATALINA SILENCE APARTMENTS, Valencia

This property is situated in the absolute centre of Valencia, directly on Plaza de la Reina and next to the cathedral. The González Martí National Museum of Ceramics and Decorative Arts is a 3-minute walk away, the Valencia Silk Exchange (Llotja de la Seda) is 300 metres from the door, and Turia Gardens are a 13-minute stroll. Valencia Airport is 9 km from the property, and L'Oceanografic, Puerto de Valencia, and Bioparc Valencia are within a few kilometres. The surrounding streets are packed with restaurants, cafés, and shops, all within a short walk. Despite the central location, the building is quiet, particularly in rooms facing away from the street. The reception office is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, where keys can be collected. No on-site parking is available, but a private parking garage is located at Plaza Reina.

The apartments are recently renovated, modern, and spotlessly clean. Each unit features soundproofed rooms, air conditioning, a washing machine, a TV, and a private bathroom. Kitchen facilities include a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, kettle, and coffee machine. Bedrooms are separate from the living area, ensuring quiet sleep, and beds are comfortable. Some apartments offer a balcony with city views, a terrace, or a rooftop deck. The apartment interiors feel new, spacious, and well-maintained. The living areas are equipped with a sofa and a dining table. All apartments have a lift to the floor. The apartment matches the photos exactly - what is shown in the listing is what is delivered.

The property does not provide breakfast or have a restaurant, but each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and utensils) for self-catering. The surrounding streets are filled with restaurants and cafés, including SAGARDI Valencia Centro, La Reina Friendly Restaurant, Bacco D.O.C, and many others, all within a 0.5 km walk. A supermarket is also located nearby. For those wanting a coffee or pastry, the famous Horchatería Santa Catalina is just next door.

Free WiFi is available in all areas. A paid shuttle service can be arranged. The building has a lift, and family rooms are offered. Private check-in and check-out are provided, and a tour desk can help plan visits. The property has CCTV in common areas and fire extinguishers for safety. Laundry can be done using the in-unit washing machine. Ironing facilities are also provided. A luggage storage service is available at the reception office, which opens at 13:00. The reception staff are helpful and responsive. The only notable absence is on-site parking; private parking nearby at Plaza Reina is available for a fee.
