Walking to the old town takes about 15-20 minutes, making the location practical for both transit travellers and city explorers.

Double rooms are available with either a shared bathroom or a private bathroom with shower. The spacious triple room has a private bathroom and two beds. The suite offers a separate bedroom, two living rooms, and city views. Some rooms have a tea and coffee maker; others have a seating area. Room sizes are generally large, but a few rooms face a busy road and can experience traffic noise - requesting an interior courtyard view is advisable. Maintenance issues such as broken fixtures or stained bedding have been reported, so an inspection upon arrival is recommended. Heating is provided via radiators; air conditioning works well but may only blow cold air in some units.

There is no restaurant or bar on site. For meals, a wide variety of dining options are within a short walk, including La Casa Del Tapeo, Nuevo Cuenca, Sushi Yoki, and several other restaurants within 0.3-0.5 km. A supermarket is also a 3-minute walk away, ideal for self-catering. The shared lounge has a table and chairs where you can eat if you bring your own food.
