The U-Bahn and S-Bahn at Karlsplatz connect to the airport (S1/S8, ~45 minutes, €10), the Oktoberfest grounds (Theresienwiese, 2 km walk), and the Messe München exhibition centre (20 minutes by public transport). The surrounding streets are busy, with shops, restaurants, a cinema, a supermarket, and a laundromat within a few minutes' walk. The area near the Hauptbahnhof can feel less inviting after dark, but the hotel's 24-hour reception provides a secure point of return.

Standard and deluxe rooms feature private bathrooms with walk-in showers and hairdryers; basic-class rooms have shower and WC down the hall. Each room includes soundproof walls, a seating area, a wardrobe, a work desk, parquet floors, and heating. Rooms have recently been renovated in a modern style, but some fittings (TVs, remote controls, toilet seats) show wear. Street-facing rooms can be noisy from trams and traffic, especially with windows open for ventilation - the hotel does not provide air conditioning. Light sleepers are advised to request a courtyard-view room. Ceiling fans are not available; portable heaters can be provided upon request in colder months. Multi-bed rooms (4-bed, 6-bed) are available for budget-conscious solo travellers or groups; lockable cupboards are provided for personal storage. There is no room service; daily housekeeping is available but may be inconsistent.
