The hotel sits on a quiet street in Munich's Lehel neighbourhood, directly adjacent to the upscale Maximilianstrasse shopping promenade and near the Bavarian State Opera and Residenz Palace. Lehel U-Bahn station (U4/U5, exit Thierschplatz) is virtually at the doorstep, providing direct connections to the main train station and the airport via S8. Many cultural sights, including the Englischer Garten, Haus der Kunst, and the Old Town, are within a pleasant 10- to 15-minute walk. The area offers a wide choice of restaurants and cafés within a few blocks, while the tram stop (line 18) is also nearby. Street parking is possible with a hotel badge, but spaces are limited.

Accommodation ranges from Single Rooms (described as compact but well-appointed) to Superior and Deluxe Double Rooms (45-6 m²), Junior Suites with a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden, and a two-room Suite (12 m²) facing the street. Rooms feature private bathrooms (some with showers only), flat-screen TV, desk, free Wi-Fi, bathrobes, and slippers. Road-facing rooms may experience tram noise if windows are open; garden-facing rooms are quieter. The historic building has no air conditioning - fans are provided in warmer months. Some rooms have carpeting, and a few bathrooms are dated. There is no minibar, kettle, or iron in the room. A luggage storage service is available at reception.

The breakfast buffet costs €18 per person and includes a variety of breads, pastries, fruit, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, and a wide selection of vegan options such as fresh fruit, vegan spreads, homemade jam, and antipasti. Hot dishes are limited to boiled eggs. The breakfast room opens onto a tranquil garden terrace where guests can dine during the warmer months. There is no restaurant on-site for lunch or dinner, but the hotel's bar serves drinks and light snacks (room service is also available during reception hours with a €5 surcharge). Numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars are within a short walk in the surrounding Lehel district.

Wellness facilities are not available at the property. For leisure, guests can unwind in the hotel's garden courtyard, which has outdoor seating and is used for breakfast in fine weather. The ground-floor library bar, open until around 10 pm, features a fireplace and a selection of books, creating a quiet lounge atmosphere.
