The hotel sits on Dachauer Straße, a busy road connecting directly to the central station (800 m, 10-minute walk or one tram stop). Tram lines N20 and N21 and a metro stop are a few steps away, providing easy access to the Munich Trade Fair, airport, and all major sights. The Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest grounds) is a 20-30 minute walk. While the immediate area around the main station is lively and mixed, with some darker streets and entertainment venues like a nearby strip bar, the location offers quick walking access to countless restaurants, supermarkets, and cultural attractions. Direct transport services to the airport are available from the central station.

All rooms are air-conditioned (fan-coil system effective in summer and winter) and include a private bathroom with hairdryer, heating, satellite TV, and a direct-dial telephone. The standard double rooms are very compact with limited storage space, no wardrobe, and a small bathroom with a walk-in shower. The triple rooms can accommodate up to three people, while double rooms are for two adults only. A kettle can be borrowed from reception with a €10 refundable deposit. Rooms facing the street may experience tram and traffic noise, but closing windows significantly reduces sound; requesting a higher floor or an interior-facing room can help. The decor is functional and basic, with carpeted floors. The single elevator serves all floors.

Breakfast is a buffet offering fresh fruit, yoghurt, salad, bread, pastries, eggs, and meat/cheese options, along with options for vegan and gluten-free diets. Service runs exceptionally early (04:00-12:00), making it ideal for early departures. The 24-hour bar area is open all day and serves pizzas, beers, wine/champagne (additional charge), and other snacks. There is no full restaurant on site, but the surrounding streets feature a wide variety of dining choices within a short walk, including Persian, Thai, Italian, and Japanese restaurants.

The hotel does not offer any wellness or leisure facilities such as a spa, pool, sauna, or fitness centre. The bar/lounge area provides a social space for guests year-round. Direct tram and metro access means the city's main attractions, parks, and entertainment venues are easily reached.
