Several metro lines are reachable on foot, and Tokyo Station is about a 20-minute walk away. The neighbourhood is calm at night but has multiple restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and a coin laundry immediately nearby. Ginza and Akihabara are within a 30-minute walking or short metro ride distance. The location suits travellers who prefer a peaceful base with excellent public transport connections rather than a bustling entertainment area.

Each floor holds a single studio, offering privacy and quiet. Rooms feature tatami mats, futon bedding, air conditioning, heating, a TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, wardrobe, and a balcony. Private bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer, and toilet. The layout works best for 2 adults with limited luggage; with 3-5 futons laid out, the room becomes very tight, requiring the table and chairs to be moved and reducing floor space for suitcases. Some rooms on the 7th floor are attic-style with sloped ceilings and lack an elevator. Noise from street traffic and the building's HVAC system has been noted, and windows in some rooms lack blackout curtains, letting in street light at night. The futons and tatami are clean, though the overall finish may show wear.

There is no restaurant, breakfast service, or bar within the property. The neighbourhood has a wide choice of dining options within a 5-minute walk, including Japanese, Italian, and casual eateries, along with a 7-Eleven convenience store. For travellers who want a morning coffee, a self-service coffee machine is available in the reception area. Guests should plan to eat all meals outside the property. The kitchenette is not equipped for cooking; only a microwave and electric kettle are available.
