The immediate beach section directly in front is not the most swimmable, but the main tourist strip and better swimming beaches are a short stroll along the coast.

The apartments range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom units, each with a separate living area, sofa bed, and dining space. All suites feature a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and cookware, plus a coffee machine. Bedrooms have either 2 or 4 beds depending on the layout. Rooms on lower floors or facing the street can be affected by noise from nearby nightlife; requesting an apartment on a higher floor or away from the main street may reduce sound. Some suites have limited natural light, and interior decoration is minimal and practical. Hairdryers are provided. The overall atmosphere is functional and spacious, suitable for families or groups who prioritize location over luxury.
