A Soriana supermarket and Starbucks are a six-minute walk, and there are several restaurants within 1-4 km. The immediate area is quiet and safe, with a path that leads to the main tourist zone.

All units are air conditioned with soundproof windows and equipped with a kitchenette featuring a stovetop, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and tea/coffee maker. Room options range from studios (with one or two queen beds) to two-bedroom suites (with two queen beds and a sofa sleeper, sleeping up to four adults plus children). The fitness centre is free and has modern equipment, though the morning sun heats the room and blinds are missing, making it uncomfortable early in the day. A public bath is also free to use. No spa, sauna, or Jacuzzi are available. The pool water quality can sometimes be poor. The terrace around the pool is a popular spot for sunset watching.
