The hotel is located on a quiet street just one block from the lively Fifth Avenue, placing you steps from the area's best restaurants, bars, and shops. The public beach is a 5-minute walk, and the ADO International Bus Station is less than 5 minutes on foot. The Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal, with ferries to Cozumel, is a 12-minute walk. Despite the central location, the building is set back from the main strip, but ongoing construction on the adjacent property can produce loud noise from early morning until late at night. Parking is on the street with paid meters during the day; two free spots are available in front.

Rooms are generously sized and well-equipped. Each unit has air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a minibar, tea and coffee facilities, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a safe. Some rooms include a microwave or a kitchenette (microwave and sink), and some have a private terrace or balcony with garden views - some terraces are shaded and may attract mosquitoes. Ground-floor units and rooms with two king beds (duplex suite) are available, but no single beds or baby cots are offered. While the interiors are modern and clean, some rooms may feel dark due to limited natural light, and the wardrobe space can be small. Cleaning is daily upon request.
