Apartments with Kitchenette
The Spacious 2Rooms Central Area offers apartments with two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. Each unit includes a kitchenette, a washing machine, and free WiFi. Note that there is no separate living or dining area. Some guests report the kitchen is compact, suitable for two people at a time. The bathroom has a bathtub but lacks a drain plug, so only showers are possible. Beds have been described as uncomfortable by some guests.
On-Site Facilities
Guests have access to a lift, a 24-hour front desk, a minimarket on site, a barber/beauty shop, and a picnic area with outdoor furniture. The property also has a children's playground. Express check-in and check-out are available. Parking is private and includes a parking garage. An airport shuttle can be arranged for an additional fee.
Location and Transport
The property is located 20 km from Vienna International Airport. It is close to a U-Bahn (metro) station and a tram line, making it easy to reach the city center. Nearby attractions include St. Peter's Catholic Church (3.6 km), Vienna Prater (3.9 km), and an ice-skating rink. Guests can also enjoy boating, kayaking, and canoeing in the area. Surrounding shops and public transport options are appreciated by visitors.
Guest Reviews Summary
Guests praise the calm neighborhood and spacious apartment. They find the kitchen complete and useful, and note the presence of an elevator. However, some guests mention a broken kitchen window that cannot be opened, leading to poor ventilation. Reports also note that the host dries laundry in the bedrooms before check-in, which creates humidity and a strong detergent smell. Others point out a long list of house rules and penalties that can feel discouraging.
