SPACIOUS THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT ON THE ARNO, Florence

This is a pedestrian-friendly base: the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace, and Boboli Gardens are all reachable within 10-20 minutes on foot. The central market and major museums are also an easy walk, making the car unnecessary. While there is no parking on site, the train station is a 15-minute walk, and the airport is 9 km away. Several cafés and restaurants are within 0.5 km, including Caffe Vitali and L'Osteria di Giovanni. The location is considered excellent, with an outstanding 9.6 out of 10 walkability score.

The apartment provides three separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers and free toiletries. The living room includes a sofa and a dining table for group meals. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and all cookware/kitchen utensils. Additional amenities include a washing machine, ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. The unit is non-smoking throughout and has 4 beds (confirm bedroom layout from the description). For groups, the space is noted as very spacious, clean, and well heated. Note: the apartment is on the third floor and the elevator is small - suitable for only one person with one bag at a time.

Many dining options are located nearby: L'Osteria di Giovanni, I'Tuscani 2, and Parione are all within 0.3-0.5 km. Caffe Vitali, Caffe 'Del 900, and Enoteca Vigna Nuova provide café and light meal choices in under a 5-minute walk. The kitchen is set up for full meal preparation, with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware, making self-catering convenient.

The apartment does not offer a pool, spa, or gym. However, major sights - the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace, and Boboli Gardens - are all within a 10-20 minute walk, providing ample leisure and cultural activities right outside the door.

The host communicates proactively and can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for check-in, including showing you around. A key box is also available for flexible self-check-in and checkout. The apartment includes a washing machine and ironing facilities. No parking is on site, and no pets are permitted. The building has an elevator, but it is small - suitable for one person with one bag only; the apartment is on the third floor so expect to use the stairs for heavier luggage.
