SPAZIO BOUTIQUE HOTEL, Cancun

The hotel is situated in the hotel zone at a walkable distance to Caracol and Tortugas beaches (both around 500 metres), the Cancun Convention Center (700 metres), and the Forum by the Sea nightlife area (1 km). A Chedraui Selecto supermarket is 300 metres away, and La Isla Shopping Mall is 4 km from the property. The ADO bus stop is nearby, offering cheap transport along the hotel zone, and Cancun International Airport is 23 km away. The location is central for exploring the hotel zone on foot or by public transport.

Accommodations include suites and twin rooms with tiled floors, a wardrobe, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV with cable channels. Suites offer a bedroom with a large comfortable bed, and some rooms have a jacuzzi. Room sizes are noted as spacious and comfortable. However, some rooms lack windows, leading to humidity and no natural ventilation, and the building's layout, with rooms opening onto a central atrium, means noise carries easily. Light sleepers should request a room away from the atrium and the bar area. The hotel offers family rooms, and daily housekeeping is provided.

The on-site restaurant, Pasarella, serves a breakfast buffet from 07:00 to 12:00 daily, with a family-friendly atmosphere. A coffee house on site provides additional light meals and drinks throughout the day. For lunch and dinner, the area is abundant with options: Ninfa's Cafe and Pancho's Cafe and Deli are 0.5 km away, Golden Sea Chinese Cuisine and Casa Tequila are 0.5 km away, and the Chedraui Selecto supermarket 300 metres away is useful for self-catering.

The hotel itself does not have a pool, spa, or gym. Leisure options rely on the hotel's prime location in the hotel zone, with Caracol Beach (500 metres) and Tortugas Beach within walking distance, as well as the Forum by the Sea nightlife area (1 km) and numerous shops and restaurants.

The hotel offers free private parking on site and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. A 24-hour front desk handles private check-in/out and can store luggage before check-in or after check-out. Daily housekeeping is included, and the hotel provides a safety deposit box at reception for valuables. Additional services include a tour desk and fax/photocopying. The building has a lift and is non-smoking, with a designated smoking area. Payment is accepted with American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
