SPRINGHILL SUITES BY MARRIOTT OCALA, Ocala

The property is just off Interstate 75, making it an ideal stop for road trips or quick access to Ocala's business areas. It is a 17 km drive to Silver Springs and 36 km to Rainbow Springs State Park. The location is close to a variety of dining options including Waffle House, Cracker Barrel, and Dunkin', all within a 0.5 km walk, and it is a short drive to additional restaurants like Arthur's American Bistro. It is also within walking distance of a store for basic supplies. Gainesville Regional Airport is 71 km away. The parking lot is well-lit, but the lot design can be confusing to navigate.

All rooms are air-conditioned suites with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a desk. Some suites include a terrace or outdoor furniture. Room layouts vary; some have a long, roomy bathroom with a large shower, while others feature a separate seating area with a sofa. The beds are noted for being comfortable and the rooms are generally quiet, though views of common areas can be less private. A mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker are standard. Carpeted floors are used throughout, and the interior can feel somewhat dim in lighting. The trundle bed option is suitable for a child or a smaller adult for a night or two.

The hotel features an indoor heated swimming pool stocked with pool towels and beach chairs. The pool area also has an outdoor fireplace and a sun terrace. The fitness centre is equipped for basic workouts, and the outdoor seating area provides a space to relax. There is a small splash pad nearby, suitable for children. The pool may occasionally be closed for maintenance, so it is wise to confirm availability if swimming is a priority.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. On-site parking is available for $10 per day, but it is first-come, first-served. An electric vehicle charging station is provided. The property is wheelchair accessible, with a lift, an accessible bathroom sink, and Braille signage. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out and safety deposit boxes. A business centre and meeting rooms are available for a fee. Laundry and dry cleaning services are also available for an additional charge. Pets are allowed, with applicable fees.
