DAYS INN BY WYNDHAM OCALA NORTH, Ocala

Located just off Interstate 75, the hotel is a practical base for travelers exploring the Ocala area by car. It is a 10-minute drive from Crumpton Golf Course, 13 km from the Appleton Museum of Art, and 9 km from the College of Central Florida. The highway access is straightforward, though the hotel entrance can be difficult to spot from the main road. Nearby dining and fuel are within easy reach.

The property is currently under renovation, with the second building offering fully updated rooms that feel modern and clean. These rooms feature laminate flooring (no carpet), walk-in showers, a large flat-screen TV with cable channels, a comfortable bed, and a mini-fridge and microwave. Air conditioning is standard. Many rooms offer pool views or a balcony. Some rooms are ground level with direct parking access. The first building rooms are older and may feel outdated. Road-facing rooms can experience highway noise, and some exterior doors may not seal completely. No hairdryers are provided.

The hotel offers a free light breakfast suitable for a quick start to the day. It includes packaged muffins, cereal bars, fruit (bananas, oranges), and coffee. There is no hot food option, and the breakfast area is very small, designed more for a grab-and-go experience than for sitting down. Guests wanting a fuller meal will find several restaurants, including a steakhouse and fast-food options, within a short drive.
