The 128 suites come in king and queen configurations, each featuring a twin-size trundle sleeper sofa, a work desk with ergonomic chair, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a coffee and tea maker, an ironing board, and free Wi-Fi. A fridge and microwave are standard in every suite.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and features a buffet with hot items such as scrambled eggs and oatmeal, as well as continental options. The buffet staff are attentive, but service ends early and may not be replenished after 9:00-9:30 AM. Coffee and tea are available in the breakfast area and also in each room via the in-suite coffee maker. For evening dining, the lobby bar serves beer, wine, and cocktails, along with a small selection of frozen pre-packaged meals and snacks. There is no restaurant on site. The minimarket near the front desk stocks snacks and microwavable items. Dozens of restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including sushi, pizza, French bakery, BBQ, and Hawaiian-inspired options.

Parking is free on site and does not require a reservation. The hotel provides a free luggage storage service, useful for early arrivals or late departures. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Laundry and dry cleaning are available at an additional charge. Safety deposit boxes at the front desk are complimentary. The building is wheelchair accessible with lifts and several ADA-compliant rooms featuring roll-in showers and hearing-impaired amenities. Pets under 23 kg are accepted with a $100 fee (max two per room, up to 10 nights); pet bowls are available. The 24-hour front desk can assist with late check-ins, split payments (for direct bookings), and special requests. Key card access is required for building entry and elevators after hours.
