Puerta de Atocha is 3 km away, and Madrid-Barajas Airport is 12 km via metro or taxi. The area is well-connected by metro and bus, with easy access to the M30 ring road. Street noise and emergency sirens are common, especially in the evening.

Each apartment is laid out as a one-bedroom unit with a living area featuring a sofa bed (opens to a low floor-level mattress). The bedroom contains a double bed and wardrobe. The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower and free toiletries, though there are no towel hooks or wall mirrors. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, cookware, and basic utensils. Air conditioning and heating are provided, and soundproofing is installed, but road-facing apartments can be affected by traffic and siren noise. Windows are large and let in good light, but lack blackout curtains in some cases. The sofa bed is suitable primarily for one or two children or a single adult.
