Several grocery stores (Walmart, King Soopers) and dining options are within a half-mile, with Outback Steakhouse and Old Chicago within walking distance. Major attractions such as Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo are a short drive away. The local shuttle, Colorado Springs Shuttle, provides direct service to Denver International Airport for a fee.

Each suite features a full kitchen with a dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, stove top (2-burner), and cookware.
