The studio is positioned in a lively central area, with Waterloo Station providing direct rail links across London and to the airports. Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament (2 km), the London Eye, and the South Bank are all reachable on foot within 15-20 minutes. St Paul's Cathedral and Banqueting House are within 3 km, and London Bridge is 2 km away. For nightlife, the Ministry of Sound is a five-minute walk. The area is well served by buses and the Elephant & Castle underground station is nearby. Several cafes and restaurants are on the same street, including a Brazilian restaurant below the building. London City Airport is 13 km away.
