SUITES SEVILLA PLAZA, Seville

The apartments sit at the edge of Plaza Nueva, a hub with tram access for covering larger distances. The Cathedral is 350 metres away. The Alcázar, Maestranza Bullring, and Triana district are all reachable on foot within 5-15 minutes. A taxi rank is one minute away, and a Carrefour Express supermarket is 15 metres from the building. Numerous tapas bars and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. The area is central yet quiet at night due to the building's double-glazed windows and courtyard-facing rooms.

Studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments are available. Each unit includes a kitchenette with a ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, plus a flat-screen TV. Beds are consistently reported as very comfortable; superior apartments allow a configuration of two separate beds plus a double sofa bed. Some two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms (only one unit); most have one. Interior courtyard-facing apartments are very quiet, even during large street festivities. Street-facing rooms have double-glazed windows that effectively block noise. The property also provides ironing facilities, a safe, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. The upper floors are accessible by lift.

The apartments have no dining facility, but the kitchenette allows for self-catering. At check-in, staff can provide a list of local venues offering breakfast. A café is directly opposite the building. Dozens of tapas bars and restaurants are within a short walk, including options such as Bodeguita Romero and Taberna Del Alabardero. The proximity to a small supermarket makes it easy to stock the kitchen with essentials.

The property features a colonnaded courtyard with outdoor furniture and a sun terrace on the roof with direct views of Seville Cathedral. Sun umbrellas are provided. The terrace is a popular spot for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. There is no pool, spa, or gym on site; the emphasis is on the central location for exploring the city.
