ACA HOTEL VIMINALE, Rome

The hotel occupies a historic building on a quiet street in the city centre, just off the main Via Nazionale. Major sights such as the Colosseum (1 km), Trevi Fountain (1 km), and Quirinal Hill (700 m) are all a short walk away. The Colosseo Metro Station is 1 km on foot, while Roma Termini station is roughly 10 minutes away, offering direct rail access across Rome and to the airport. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops line the surrounding streets, and bus stops are within 100 metres. The area feels safe and is practical for both daytime sightseeing and evening dining without needing a car.

Rooms are recently renovated with modern white furniture, tiled floors, and large windows that let in natural light. Each room includes a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, a safe, a wardrobe, and complimentary toiletries. Some rooms overlook an inner courtyard for a quieter atmosphere. The family rooms can connect two double rooms, making them practical for groups. While rooms are generally described as clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, some are compact - travellers on longer stays may prefer a larger room type or plan for limited storage. Complimentary toiletries and fresh towels are provided daily.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, bar, or room service. A self-service area near reception provides free coffee, tea, water, and an assortment of cakes and pastries around the clock - useful for a quick breakfast, snack, or afternoon pick-me-up. For full meals, guests can choose from many restaurants within a 2- to 5-minute walk, including Italian trattorias and casual dining spots along Via Nazionale and surrounding streets. The lack of an on-site restaurant makes the hotel better suited to travellers who prefer to eat out for both lunch and dinner.

The hotel does not offer wellness or leisure facilities such as a swimming pool, spa, or gym. Guests looking for relaxation will find the nearest parks or green spaces within a short walk of the historic centre. The 24-hour reception and quiet room interiors, combined with the central location, allow plenty of time for exploring Rome on foot. The immediate area offers easy access to cultural sites, shopping, and dining rather than on-site recreation.
