SUITES YOU GRAN VIA, Madrid

The property sits directly on Madrid's iconic Gran Via, placing guests in the heart of the city's shopping, dining, and entertainment district. Gran Via Metro station is a 2-minute walk, providing direct links across Madrid. Puerta del Sol is 500 metres away, the Prado Museum is a 13-minute walk, and the airport express bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the entrance. Numerous tapas bars, restaurants, and shops line the street, and the historic centre is easily explored on foot.

Room types include single, double, triple, and quadruple configurations, all with a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms include a balcony or terrace with city views, while others face an inner courtyard or a dark light shaft. Rooms are often smaller than shown in photos and may feel cramped and dark, especially interior units. The quadruple room has four beds but limited luggage space. Soundproofing is minimal - noise from neighbouring rooms, hallways, and cleaning staff is audible. Laminate flooring in some rooms has warped or broken sections, posing a trip hazard. The property does not provide an iron.

The property has no dining facilities or breakfast options. However, the location on Gran Via places guests within a few minutes' walk of dozens of cafes, bakeries, and restaurants. Mercado de la Reina, La Gloria de Montera, Steakburger Gran Via, and Celicioso Hortaleza are all within 0.5 km. Self-catering is not possible as no kitchen, kettle, or mini-fridge is provided in the rooms.
