SURESTAY PLUS HOTEL BY BEST WESTERN MESQUITE, Mesquite

The property sits behind other businesses, making it easy to miss from the street but also offering a secluded feel. Nearby dining options within a short walk include Waffle House and Arby's, while the surrounding area provides access to a range of restaurants and entertainment. The location near the highway provides easy access to Dallas attractions, but also means traffic noise is audible at night. The area has been described as decent and practical for those with a car, with the free on-site parking being a significant convenience.

Room types include double rooms with one bed and suites with two beds. The property does not offer rooms with a balcony. All rooms include ironing facilities, heating, an AM/FM alarm clock, and a direct dial telephone. The bed platforms are low, requiring some effort to get in and out of bed. The rooms vary in condition, with some featuring updated curtains that give a fresher look. However, the physical state of rooms can be inconsistent, with potential for issues such as worn carpets, holes in walls, and malfunctioning appliances, so room selection at check-in is important.

Breakfast is a self-serve affair with limited offerings: typically a waffle maker, dry cereal, bread for toasting, and juice. The coffee maker has been known to break without being replaced. The breakfast area is small and can be understocked, lacking items like milk or forks. There is no restaurant on site, but room service is available for an additional charge, and grocery deliveries can be arranged. Nearby fast-food options like Waffle House and Arby's are within 0.5 km for those seeking more substantial meals.
