Superior rooms are described as small but comfortable; Deluxe rooms are more spacious. The property has a lift. Room condition varies: some units show wear-older furniture, dated bathrooms, signs of ageing like stained walls or mould in shower grout. Possible issues include noise from the main road in front-facing rooms, light seepage from hallway windows, and older mattresses (some report hard beds). Back-facing rooms are quieter. Daily housekeeping replaces towels and provides bottled water.

Swana Bangkok Hotel does not operate a restaurant. The café named Anda Cafe - originally offering European, Chinese, and Thai cuisine - appears to be no longer running as a full-service dining venue. For meals, the immediate area offers a wide range of options: street food stalls across the road (active from 5 am), numerous local restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and the lively Khaosan Road dining scene just 10 minutes away. A 7-Eleven across the street provides basic groceries, snacks, and affordable hot drinks and sandwiches. The lobby's free coffee, tea, and biscuits are available around the clock.

Wellness and leisure facilities are limited to what the surrounding Banglamphu district offers. The property has no swimming pool, spa, wellness centre, or fitness room.
