The hostel sits at the end of a quiet alley in the Rattanakosin historic district, just steps from Wat Pho and a 3-5 minute walk from the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Wat Arun is visible across the Chao Phraya River and reachable via a short 5 THB ferry ride. Sanam Chai MRT station (Blue Line) is a 5-10 minute walk, and multiple bus stops are at the corner. The Tha Tien and Rajinee ferry piers are within 5 minutes on foot, offering express boat connections along the river. Large flower market, 7-Eleven, ATMs, and numerous cafés are all within a short walk. The alley location keeps rooms quiet despite being surrounded by major tourist sites.

Private rooms (single, triple, and quad) feature air conditioning, a washing machine, desk, seating area, dining area, wardrobe, and parquet flooring. Triple and quad rooms also have an electric kettle. Shared bathrooms are daily cleaned and supplied with soap and toilet paper; shower pressure is strong. Beds in the dorms are deep and very comfortable, with privacy curtains, a personal light, shelf, and outlet. Under-bed lockers (bring your own padlock; rental available for 30 THB) are large enough for backpacks. Rooms are soundproofed, quiet, and the curtains provide good blackout. Rooms facing the interior are particularly quiet; some rooms are described as basic but clean. Daily housekeeping replaces towels, makes beds, and provides a fresh water bottle. Bathrooms are separated by gender with 2 toilets and 2 showers per floor.

The hostel does not have its own restaurant or breakfast service, but the shared dining area and electric kettle in some rooms allow simple self-catering. The surrounding streets offer many cafés, street food vendors, and Michelin-recommended restaurants, all within a few minutes on foot. Tha Tien Restaurant is 0.5 km away, and there are several river-view dining options within 1 km. A 7-Eleven convenience store is right around the corner for snacks and drinks. Refillable drinking water is available in the lobby.

The hostel's wellness and leisure facilities are limited to the shared lounge and TV area, which also functions as the dining space. The primary recreational draw is the immediate proximity to Bangkok's historic temples, the flower market, and the river promenade. Wat Pho's traditional Thai massage school is adjacent to the hostel, making it a practical base for massage course attendees. For decompression after sightseeing, the quiet alley and the river views of Wat Arun provide a calm setting.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas and reported as reliable. Shared bathrooms are single-sex, each with shower, hairdryer, and daily cleaning. The hostel provides soap and toilet paper.
