SWEET APARMENT IN RUSSAFA, Valencia

The apartment sits on a street in the well-connected Russafa neighbourhood, with frequent bus services (line 8 and C3) nearby. Norte Train Station is 2 km away, about 20 minutes on foot, and Joaquin Sorolla Train Station is a 19-minute walk. L'Oceanografic is 3 km and Turia Gardens 4 km. Valencia Airport is 9 km away; metro lines 3 or 5 to Xativa station plus a walk is the recommended route. Three large supermarkets are within a few hundred metres, and numerous restaurants line the surrounding streets.

The apartment comprises one separate bedroom with a double bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room, sleeping up to four people. The private bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and is spacious and clean. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, tea and coffee maker, and a high chair for children. Extra touches include a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and a flat-screen TV with Android browser. The ground-floor layout has good natural light and all windows open. Comfortable mattresses and pillows are provided, and the air conditioning works well.

There is no dining facility at the apartment, so all meals are self-prepared or taken in the neighbourhood. The kitchen is stocked with all essentials (pots, pans, cutlery, toaster, kettle) for easy home cooking.
