Centrally located in Rome, a 3-minute walk from Santa Maria Maggiore and less than 1 km from Cavour Metro Station.

The guest house is within walking distance of Termini Train Station (about 10-15 minutes) and the Cavour Metro, making it easy to reach the Colosseum and other central sights on foot or by metro. Rome Ciampino Airport is 14 km away - taking a train or shuttle to Termini followed by a short walk is the most practical route without a car. The surrounding neighbourhood is known for its many affordable restaurants, small shops, and a lively but quiet atmosphere, particularly in the evening. Guests can explore the city centre on foot and return easily by metro or by walking.

Accommodation

Family rooms equipped with air conditioning, private bathrooms, tea and coffee makers, refrigerators, and work desks.

The property offers double, triple, and quadruple rooms. Each room includes a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer, plus a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, electric kettle, and a wardrobe. Bedding configurations vary - triple rooms have two beds, quadruple rooms have three beds, and family rooms accommodate extra guests. Air conditioning and heating are provided throughout, and the property is non-smoking and allergy-friendly. The rooms are described as cosy and comfortable, with working ventilation and a lift to all floors.

Dining

No on-site restaurant or breakfast is provided; however, many restaurants and pizzerias are within a 5-minute walk.

The property does not have its own dining facilities or breakfast service. Within the immediate neighbourhood (0.5 km) there are at least eight restaurants including Ristorante Amadeo, Binario 37, Aquila Nera, and Ristorante-Pizzeria "Il Secchio", offering Italian cuisine and pizza at generally affordable prices - a practical option for budget-conscious travellers or those wanting to explore local eateries. A supermarket or small shop for snacks and drinks is also nearby.

Leisure

No on-site spa, pool, gym, or leisure facilities are available.

The property focuses on accommodation and does not include wellness or sport facilities. The central location compensates by providing easy access to Rome's main sights, parks, and cultural venues on foot or by short metro rides. For those wanting organised leisure, the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and other landmarks are within a 15-minute walk.
