SWEETT - THE ROCA HOUSE, Barcelona

The apartment is on a quiet residential street lined with trees, steps from Rocafort Metro station, making it easy to reach the city centre, Montjuïc, and major attractions. Barcelona El Prat Airport is 11 km away. Within a few blocks are numerous restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shops. The Magic Fountain of Montjuïc is a 15-minute walk, and Sants Railway Station is 2 km. The immediate area is lively yet calm, and the apartment's location allows for both convenient public transport and pleasant walks to many landmarks.

Each apartment is self-contained with a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a seating area, a dining space, and a balcony or terrace with city views. The building is older, and the apartments can feel dated; sound insulation is poor, with noise from neighbours and the stairwell easily heard. Some rooms lack windows or have windows facing a small inner courtyard. Air conditioning is generally limited to the living room; bedrooms rely on ceiling fans or portable heaters. Bathrooms are compact, and some may have fixtures in need of maintenance. Beds are generally comfortable, and the spaces are functional for groups or families wanting a central base with cooking facilities.

The apartment provides free Wi-Fi in all areas and a lift to upper floors. Luggage storage is available at a separate office a 15-minute walk from the apartment, which is useful for early arrivals or late departures. There is no on-site parking. Daily housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee. Other amenities include a safety deposit box, a washing machine, an iron, and a welcome kit with coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Check-in and out are fully digital via an app, which is convenient.
